What happens if I change my mind after taking out a loan?
We allow a one business-day right of recission on all our loan products. Within that time period, you may return the money you borrowed and your loan transaction will be cancelled with no further obligation.
Is my transaction private and confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is important to us. You will also receive a complete privacy policy document upon taking out a loan with us. We adhere to all applicable state laws.
Why do you verify my Social Security number?
Your Social Security number is required in order to verify your identity. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record Information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, or other information that will allow us to identify you.
